Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded in full once all withdrawal conditions are met, within 5 business days.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, RM99 reserves the right to hold the balance in the account in question while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation reveals fraudulent activity, the balance may be forfeited in full.
