We are more than just a gaming platform — rm99 is a community, an experience, and an unwavering commitment to every Malaysian player who has trusted us from day one.
Rm99 has firmly established itself as one of Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platforms. Our journey began with a simple yet meaningful goal — to build a space where Malaysian players can enjoy high-quality entertainment with a sense of safety, comfort, and confidence.
From the very beginning, rm99 has never sacrificed trust for short-term gain. We understand that player trust is our most valuable asset, which is why every decision — from selecting game providers to designing the interface — is made with our members' best interests at heart.
Today, rm99 offers over 500 games across multiple categories — Live Casino, Slots, Sports, Bingo, and Betting. Each category is stocked with content from internationally accredited game providers that have passed a rigorous evaluation process. These are not just numbers — they are proof of our commitment to always bringing the best to Malaysian players.
"Our goal has always been the same — to deliver an honest, safe, and enjoyable online entertainment experience to every Malaysian who trusts rm99."
Every milestone is a result of our loyal players' trust

The core values that underpin every decision we make
To become the number one online entertainment platform in Malaysia — not just in terms of user numbers, but in terms of the trust, transparency, and quality of experience we deliver to every member.
Providing Malaysian players with a safe, fair, and enjoyable entertainment environment through cutting-edge technology, an extensive game selection, and genuinely responsive customer support.
Every player at rm99 is a valued individual, not just a number in a database. We listen to feedback, continuously improve the platform, and always act in the best interests of our members.
The tech world moves fast, and rm99 keeps pace. We continuously update the platform, add new games, refine the interface, and improve withdrawal speeds based on community feedback.
At rm99, we believe great entertainment starts with a high sense of responsibility. We don't just provide games — we also provide tools and resources to ensure every member plays within healthy and safe limits.
The rm99 platform offers daily deposit limit controls that players can set themselves, automatic play-time reminders, and a self-exclusion option for those who need a break. All these features are accessible directly from the account dashboard — no need to contact customer support.
We are equally serious about ensuring our platform is used only by adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is conducted during registration, and any account suspected of involving an underage user will be reviewed and suspended immediately. This is not merely a rule — it is a core value we uphold firmly.

Malaysia is a country rich in cultural diversity, and rm99 is built to reflect that uniqueness. From language and interface to payment methods and game selection — every aspect of this platform is designed specifically for local players. We are not a foreign platform that has merely been translated; we are a platform born from a deep understanding of the Malaysian way of life and what Malaysian players truly want.
One thing we take great pride in is our fully integrated local payment system. Players can deposit and withdraw using virtually every popular digital payment method in Malaysia — FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and even cryptocurrency for those who prefer it. You never have to worry about payment compatibility — we've already taken care of it.
Every game at rm99 — whether slots, bingo, or Live Casino table games — uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been independently audited by recognised third parties. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be influenced by any party. You play on a completely level field — not just a promise, but a verifiable fact.
Beyond RNG, rm99 also employs enterprise-grade data encryption to ensure that every member's personal and financial information is never exposed to outside parties. Your data is stored on secure servers with strict access controls, and only authorised personnel can access it — and only within a very limited scope of duty.
Not every platform has a VIP program that truly means something. At rm99, our loyalty program is designed so that every ringgit you invest brings a worthwhile return. Reward points accumulate with every wager and can be redeemed for bonus credits, free tickets to bingo rounds or tournaments, and access to exclusive game rooms unavailable to regular members.
Platinum VIP Members — the highest tier in the rm99 loyalty program — enjoy privileges such as a personal account manager, higher withdrawal limits, early access to new promotions, and invitations to exclusive events. This is not a marketing gimmick — it is rm99's way of saying thank you to our most loyal players.
Some platforms chase rapid growth by promising bonuses that are too good to be true, only to disappoint players when it comes time to withdraw. rm99 has never operated that way. Every promotion we offer comes with clear, achievable terms. Every legitimate win is paid out without question.
Rm99's reputation has been built over the years through thousands of positive player experiences shared within the community. To us, a satisfied player who returns is worth far more than a hundred short-lived new registrations. This philosophy is what makes rm99 not just an option, but the first choice for Malaysian players.
Did You Know? rm99 processes thousands of withdrawal transactions daily with a success rate exceeding 99.7%, making it one of the most trusted payout records among Malaysian players.
We are not stopping here. The rm99 team is constantly working to introduce new experiences for our members. In the near future, we will be expanding the Sports category with more local leagues and events, bringing more Live Casino tables with Malay-speaking dealers, and launching an updated version of the mobile app with more advanced personalisation features.
As an rm99 member, you're more than just a user — you're part of this journey. Your feedback, suggestions, and support are what allow us to keep improving day by day. Thank you for being part of the ever-growing and ever-stronger rm99 community.
